  • Creative Direction & Strategy

    There’s nothing I love more than coming up with a great idea, protecting it from the forces that seek to make it a bad idea, and then making that great idea happen. As a creative director, brand & marketing strategist, copywriter, or screenwriter; there are number of ways we can do that good, good work together.

    • Generating creative concepts to be integrated into your campaigns or pitches.

    • Full RFP response decks (insights, concepts, strategy, etc.) utilizing your template or with bespoke deck design.

    • Creating fully integrated campaigns from scratch or taking campaign elements and expanding them to be 360 campaigns.

    • Writing scripts, content outlines, speeches, influencer prompts, etc.

    • Directing professional video productions (commercials, branded content, influencer, documentary, TV/Film)

    I have a passion for leadership that’s been honed with experience in managing high-performing creative teams at all levels. From leading teams at ViacomCBS to start-ups and boutique agencies, I’m confident in my ability to interface with your organization to make a positive impact.

    • Coaching managers new to leadership and management to set themselves and their team up for success.

    • Consult on creating key creative department standards, processes, and ethos.

  • Presenting & Pitch Coaching

    The only thing I love more than coming up with a great idea is finding a way to get someone to say yes to that great idea. With more than 10 years of creative pitching experience, there’s a number of ways we can work together in this capacity.

    • Integrate into your pitch team to generate and/or pitch creative & strategy.

    • Coach your team (creative, marketing, or even sales) on their pitch presence and pitch flow.

    • Consult on big pitches by roleplaying as the client and finding the holes to be fixed before the big day.

  • Brand Consulting

    Every company or business needs to be thoughtful about branding, but not every company needs to pay full agency prices to build, nurture, and amplify a successful brand. My approach to branding meets clients where they are to create a bespoke process that gets clients what they need and doesn’t give them what they don’t.

    • Deliver a custom brand assessment going as deep or as wide as you need to paint the picture of where the brand is at present.

    • Create a bespoke brand platform that aims to provide elements like brand values, mission statement, tone of voice and more without wasting time and money on elements you don’t need.

    • Direct a design process that leads to a visual identity aligned with your brand.

    • Generate a custom brand launch strategy to infuse the energy and excitement of your new brand into your internal team and out to your external clients.
