Walmart first activated us to put together a program with a skydiving celebrity jumping out of an airplane to deliver the Black Friday inserts to a waiting public. And I JOYFULLY put that campaign together…only to have them really freak out about people jumping out of planes.
Instead, we were tasked with launching a social campaign in FOUR WEEKS with Terry Crews across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to get people to get excited about Walmart’s Black Friday deals and do the Deal DropDance. This is the video that launched the campaign and was used to entice and incentivize fans to participate and post their own UGC content.
